Oval Office Bookmark

The Oval Office is located in the West Wing of the White House. Here the incumbent president meets with dignitaries and his closest staff members, appears for televised addresses to the public, and carries out daily tasks. Although the decor in the Oval Office may vary from one administration to the next, the flags behind the Resolute desk remain in place: to the president's left, the Presidential flag, and to the right, the flag of the United States of America.
