This beautifully illustrated scarf is a luxuriously fine blend of silk, modal, and cashmere. The design features floral drawings inspired by the list compiled by American horticulturist Rachel “Bunny” Lambert Mellon’s during her work with Jacqueline Kennedy to plant the newly redesigned White House Rose Garden in 1962. It was President John F. Kennedy’s wish that the Rose Garden, just outside the Oval Office, function as an outdoor presidential theater with space for speeches and official events.
